I can't believe how fast this whole semester has gone by! Imani participated in Go! Missions with Breakaway Ministries in early November and I got to meet some of my potential team members! As the second semester rolled in, our team began to form! God presented us with a lot of "maybes" for the team, but we trusted Him and always knew He had a plan! We might be a small group of 6, but we are ready to take on the world! (or at least start with Kenya!) Our team has come together perfectly and we have begun to bond into one cohesive group! We have started to wrap up our trainings, going over how to prepare, what to expect, and trying to ready our hearts for sharing God's love and grace with the people of Mombasa. We are counting down the days for our 2 weeks working with kids, sharing God's word, and experience Africa! Please be praying for our team safety, preparedness, and willingness to allow God to use us in His plan!
